Welcome to the new LightspeedEVO app! This Android app, developed by CDK Global Recreation, provides a fast, intuitive, and secure mobile integration to the LightspeedEVO dealer management system. With this app, dealers can conveniently access their dealership information and manage their business anywhere, anytime on their Android device.
The LightspeedEVO app is being built from the ground up with newer and better technology. While not all the functionality from the old app is available yet, the old app will still be accessible for continued use. The developer plans to include all the functions from the old app into this new one, at which point the old app will be phased out.
One of the key features of the LightspeedEVO app is the Tech module, which allows technicians to view repair order labor, clock in and out of jobs, and access job information directly from their mobile device, without needing to use a desktop computer.
To install the LightspeedEVO app, you must be a hosted LightspeedEVO customer. You can check if your dealership is ready for mobile access by finding your Dealer ID and Remote Authorization Password in the LightspeedEVO desktop application under the Help - System Info menu. You will need to enter this information only once when using the app for the first time. Subsequent logins will require your LightspeedEVO username and password.
